My new year began about three months back on my birthday. That is when I make my resolutions, and when I party the hardest.
Tonight is yet another frinday where my service industry friends get the shaft. Unfortunately, I am thinking of joining that industry once again. I'm not giving up on being an underpaid software engineer, heavens no. I need to save up some cash, and this is the best way I can come up with for filling my nights and weekends with a second job. It probably won't make me nearly what I make at the 9-5, but it will keep me from having any time to spend it.
