It's surreal being back in the states; part of that is burningman.
I've been seeing lots of beauty and ugliness. Each has been inspiring me and depressing me.
I'd like to feel as though I've gotten more out of my nearly three years on the site.
I still have no home. When I return to Auckland I'll be living out of a hotel until I can move into a friend's place, where all my stuff is split between there and the last place I lived. I'm also returning to being pseudo-single... I guess I don't know what I'm returning to.
My writing always sounds more depressed than I ever seem to be. Lucky for me I have lots of good friends, creative outlets, and drugs.
