How do you keep a positive attitude when you thought the best thing to happen to you in '06 turns out to be the worst?
I mean, I'm not even one to make resolutions, or celebrate federal holidays, my year begins and ends in October.
I try and try to be positive.
"It opens the door for a better tomorrow."
"The moment was not right."
Whatever way I try to put it in a positive light, I continue to fail.
"It's her loss." I say it. Her friends say it. They've known me for 6 months, and her for 3 years, and they like me more.
Even if it is her loss, I feel like the loser.
I don't like to lose. I really don't like to lose. Nor am I the best at handling it.
