A distrubing trend that I hoped would not creep across the border and re-appear in Canda has in fact surfaced. I was first shocked to see a number of gents both young and old sporting the up collar action while wearing polo/golf shirts when I was in Vegas last year. Much to my horror, a young drake working at Blockbusters tonight was proudly sporting the up collar look with his cheesy blue Blockbusters shirt. Why I was at BB on a Saturday is another story and perhaps as pathetic as the collar trend. Was my rebellion against the status quo in the '80's all for not?
