Baah Baaah I am the black sheep.

Well at least in the math department, now that I have jumped ship to Applied Math all of my old favourite profs from my Pure Math classes will not talk to me. Hell my old honour's supervisor from last year just scowled at me as I entered his class yesterday!

Do I give a fuck? Hells no.

I am loving this applied stuff, give me a differential equation any day over a homology chain, a manifold over a category, and Riemannian Geometry instead of the Riemann Conjecture. Applied math talks about the real world and possible worlds too.

Holy crap though, I am going to break my back lifting this sucker of a textbook




So now that I am associated with the dark one - Dr. Coley for my Masters thesis, I doubt I am going to get any help for my program and teaching a class is waaay out of the question now. I think I am sadder that I cannot help the poor kids with highschool math; because they really need these basic skills and I see too many without them.

I guess I will continue what I was doing before, offering my tutoring services in the poorer areas of town at five dollars and hour.

I hope everyone is having a good time and if not will soon be having a good time. I have to go back to my books.
