Do you find that a lot of people here are really really mean and unneccessarily catty and just generally rude and unpleasant? Maybe not "a lot," but "a few" is more than enough.

Started on my gay Mormon research. I am seriously thinking I may like to write a book on this some day. My boss said that's how a lot of book deals happen actually- you publish an article on something and then work on developing it further.
So far I've heard some pretty horrific stories of alienation, violence, etc.

Thank you for your comments in my journal. Yes, I know, it doesn't make sense. She is sweet some of the time, and mean at other times. I think everyone has a range of moods. We have just come to depend on each other. I am worried how she will respond when I leave. We have discussed it indirectly. She thinks I will have more trouble moving on, but I don't think so.
