But yes I did see bits of the emmys mostly for Temple. She made me giggle and tear up when she was standing up. Perhaps because I am in the autism world I have known who she was for a while (or at least knew of a autistic person in a cowboy outfit that wrote books) Her excitement was amazing.

Apparently, there was a rally (I guess Mormons don't "riot") in Salt Lake City after the verdict came down...this would be a rally for supporters of the ban. I am amused that much of the $$$ for the fight against gay marriage in California is coming from Mormons in Utah...
