Jury duty...I am actually looking forward to it. The brewery just opened up a new shift that goes from Tuesday to Friday...and I am the first to work it......The good news is that it goes fast for the first three days due to the volume of work...but then on Friday it will be a struggle to have enough to do...I hate having to find little half-assed jobs to stay busy...sooooo...JURY DUTY...Hooray!!!!...

Now, if I can just avoid getting picked......If I don't get picked, then I'm free and clear for a year..I have been on Stand-By status this week...so this is my last day of service UNLESS, I am selected to be on a jury.....

I have been on two juries in my life...both times we found the person guilty...one was a civil case and the other criminal..Now, I am a liberal...to my core...and I think that most cases dealing with things like personal drug use should not even be prosecuted...this would take about half of the cases out of the courts here in San Francisco...and of course most of them are or have been, related to maraijuana...BUT when I hear stories of some of the silly crap people pull on others, I become the Red Queen..."Off with their heads!!!"...
