I am happy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the new Star Trek film. I had reservations since the moment it was announced, mostly because I'm not particularly fond of J.J. Abrams, but he managed to deliver. I had my doubts about the cast too, but I was pleasantly surprised with their performances.

Now lets hope that Terminator Salvation can turn out the same way.
