Now I'm in a seriously foul holiday mood. Had a couple (just a couple) of drinks and got into a fight with the family. I officially still think I was right, was just defending myself, am the victim here...but if it hadn't have been for the booze I'd be on a lot stronger ground, morally. And that was just in hour one of the weeklong family visit.

thanks for Your comment My friend, if you feel like ventin g about the family and or our mutual interest, You know our group has open arms to listen and rerspond with understanding and kindness. We have been there. I'm lucky My family even deems to speak to Me. If You were right OR wrong, I double dog DARE You to try to apologize, make amends! Put it in a letter, WITHOUT putting in the "I was right, but..." part. You putting that out, even if it's ignored, will be a estemable act, a adult respinse of maturity and serenity. This kinda' thing promotes good karma and who knows? You might get a wonderful response You won't be expecting!

OOh! A meeting might also p[rovide a answer to the family drama!!1 you never know where enlightenment pops up!
