So yesterday we literally shopped till we dropped. My poor kids probably never want to see another walmart again since we went to every one in town looking for a damn pillow sham! We got lots of stuff for our house yesterday. I've made my living room a jungle theme, my downstairs bathroom monkey theme, the boys room sports theme, and our room, well, we just got new furniture and bedding. The bedding is gorgeous! I think I'll hang some of Van Gough's pictures in my room like Starry night, and others like it. Or nighttime views of the ocean and lighthouses. Not sure which yet. I did one of those paint by numbers for my living room. It's two snow leapord cubs. Have you ever done one of those? I think I'm blind now! I would go to bed stiff as a board from being crouched over painting those tiny little spaces! It came out really well though. I'm so excited about getting my house together. I am also busy trying to put all of the loose pictures in photo albums. It took forever to sort through them. I love Target! That is such a cute store. I bought so much stuff there. Most of my house is decorated in Target stuff I think. They have really good deals sometimes too! Same with Hobby Lobby. My favorite place to buy furniture though, is Ikea. Ofcourse there's not one here in CO, but there IS one in TX!!! See why I gotta go back to TX?! So what do you plan on getting your mom for Mother's day? I'm not really sure what I want. Anything will do! I just like getting presents! It's so fun! Well, we are supposed to go into Denver with some of my hubby's friends from work to eat at a cajun restraunt. My favorite food!!!! So I'll let you know how that goes. Are you all familiar with colored diamonds? My new wedding set is blue diamonds. It is gorgeous. I'm in love with it! I had a wedding ring made for my hubby using a nice size blue diamond so his now matches mine. I also have a huge princess cut black diamond ring. Also a beauty. Now I just need to get a kiwi, red, and canary diamond ring to complete my set. I just find that white diamonds are so ordinary. I love being different!
