I am soooooooooooooo tired
I had forgotten what actual work was like, long hours, not being at home, drinking too much coffee etc.
So back at work and feeling sorry for myself, i cant seem to get enough sleep no matter how hard i try. I was in bed by 11 last night and up at 7.30, thats a good 8 and a half hours and i had to get 20 mins at lunchtime in the car i was still so tired which begs the question how much sleep should you actually get?
I was always under the impression that 8 hours was the recommended daily sleep allowance but that just dont seem to cut it, infact i feel less tired when i get 4 or 5 hours its just that i can only do that for a week before i start falling asleep on the motorway!!! so, whats the answer? get dosed up on sleeping tabs?

The answer is, try not to sleep too much, because maybe it's just stress making you want to sleep to escape work?
