Gotta great sample business plan for a bar.... gonna work on it over the next month or so. Decided that all the time i've spent as a Director of Operations might as well be for myself and not someone else.

Gonna tie this bar into something Krista and I are working on....

Motivation is a marvelous thing!

Sex is a marvelous thing!
Spring is a marvelous thing!
Being alive is a marvelous thing!

Have my fingers crossed that the house is gonna sell any day now... that would so help with my career plan changes..... I need mobility from this house... wannna be able to move anywhere!

City Club was...... THRILLING last night. Hooked up with Kira and had so much fun...... that's gonna be a place to hangout now.... GOD i can wear my rubber dress there! I was amazed at the pre-entry search you go through though.... can't even bring in tic tacs...... that place just reinforced my desire to own a bar...

God I'm so loving life right now..... actually it's been going on for about a year... gotta keep it groovin! Sometimes I just wanna shout i'm so happy!

Anyone need a dose of happiness... I've got plenty to share!
