Back on 9-15 you mentioned useing Apple Cider Vinegar for Reflux.
I've been meaning to get this info to you:
Nature Cure---Apple Cals- apple cider vinegar/ calcium/ honey caplets
Nature Cure of New Jersey--1-888-477-CURE was $19.95+ 120 ct .
You must have seen the same thing on PBS I did awhile back. I took
some vinegar, for 5min thouhght it was the worst idea of ALL time and
then Relief. In 2000 went on the Atkins Diet and learned I'm Gluten
intolerant and a few years back realize Lactose as well { 1 a Day Lactade
helps keep that in check} but see if cutting these out helps.
If it is Gluten, then you have to beware of Food Starch [ unless stated
as Corn or Rice assume Wheat=no go ], Soy Sauce has High Wheat
component [ Sanji makes a Wheat-Free Tamari ]. Anyway FYI.
