its been a minute since i've posted anything so let me update you

seal training -

still working out... running, sit ups, push ups, pull ups and variations. i'm about to adjust my work out and skip the push up and sit up and go to straight cardio work out...

to much workin out just puts muscle beneath fat... so i'm gonna do an intense cardio work out to tighten and tone up and then go back to the natural body weight work out regiment i designed.

doing my swimming work out a week ago i got hypothermia. swimming at 1 am in 40 degree weather outside in a pool. laps for 15 minutes and then treaded water for 5... but i was all sorts of messed up.

life -

i got my lip pierced. work sucks. andrea is cool as fuck. goin to see underoath on monday... saosin on saturday... all that remains/devil wears prada in 2 weeks.

besides that.. everything is alright, i haven't been sleeping at all. i got razor burn on my gonads from shaving wrong.. whoops. i was alone for thanksgiving cus my bro went home to NH...

anyways, hope everyone had a good holiday and is doin good..
