I am in need of legal advice:

Two seperate companies are ripping off my illustrations that I am aware of. For anyone not familiar with my artwork the images are identical and just transferred not even redrawn:

The bastard is selling it on eBay and his website

Also a shirt is being sold at TJ Maxx allegedly under the brand 'Issi'

I can't find the brand but people have seen this shirt in America and England,



If anyone can help me write something legal sounding and scary and contact them for me or something that would be insanely helpful- otherwise advice is welcome and appreciated.
