I've decided to start a Master Cleanse. I've been meaning to do a detox for awhile, I have so many allergies and so many probs, it needs to be done. So we'll see how this one goes.
Mike's dad feels a bit better today, I hear. The plant is moving over to China. God damn outsourcing. BULLSHIT. Let's hope he gets a better job, he's been hating this one for a bit now. But he does feel like that's almost 30 years of his life just wasted. Sad.
My boss is still a bitch, big surprise. To get back at us (you know, for being good workers and always getting our jobs done quickly, efficiently, and well) she made a new "rule book". It's disguised to look like some official thing every employee will receive, but it is way too specific, and there are only 2 employees, so c'mon. So, as of now, we get no breaks, our lunch time will be strictly monitored, and we will no longer get overtime on weekends. Plus the fact that we will not be able to pick what weekends we work anymore, and there is a specific part that forbids us swapping weekends if something comes up we want to do. Bullshit. She knows that we both have second jobs on weekends because this job doesn't pay worth a shit, and she's trying to fuck us. There are quite a few other things in there that are obvious jabs at one or both of us, but its all official and, like I said, made to look as though it will be used for further employees, so there's really nothing we can do to gripe about it. AGH!
Oh, yes, and my favorite part--there is a section which mentions that we can NOT ask for any overtime or use any overtime to finish our work, unless our boss tells us, and then we HAVE to work the overtime. So, Cortney asked that Kim tell us in advance since she has school after work, and Kim said something about how she would try, but it wouldn't usually be possible until the day of. What bullshit. She knows Mike picks me up from work, and he doesn't have a cell phone, so he'll just be sitting out waiting for me. Rrrr. Please, GOD someone else hire me. I need more money and less Kim.

Id suggest the re-fi Mortgage bizz. Telemarketing Its another sad state of affairs but its a no brainer and generaly ez.Take that manuel your boss gave ya to a lawyer. By law you get a 15 minute break for anything over 4 or 5 hours and your lunch is your privite time..Your boss is a dupeass moron and can get seriously sued for enforcing some of that insanity..Steal or leave or both
