I realise that I post about food a lot. Right now, it's half-price Hallwe'en cookies (soft, soft sugar cookies, with orange frosting and sprinkles!) and a glass of milk.
My husband mentioned yesterday that it already feels like Christmas is around the corner. I agreed, saying that it's nice, because I haven't had a really protracted Christmas season in years. Since we pretty much skipped Hallowe'en this year ( ), I'm going to make the most of the next overly-commercialized, artificially-secularized holiday! I even bought a Christmas onesie today, for the little one. I didn't buy it because it's a Christmas onesie, though ... I bought it because I've been looking for one just like it for two years:

Christmas is around the corner. Because we don't have thanksgiving, Halloween is done and now the supermarkets are going for it. Starbucks have now changed to red cups. It's on.
