I think people tend to update less when things are going well in their lives. It's not that interesting to write about how fabulous your life is, and how wonderful your family is, and how you love your job. If someone's going through a tough spot, they'll update regularly to bitch about it. I know it makes me feel better, just letting it out. Personally, I'd love to see more positive in the world.

I tend to update more when things are going well, for the sole reason that I almost feel bad about bitching and whining about my shitty life. Of course, those types of journals still sneak through, but I try my best to keep it positive.

I still remember my first time getting stung. I was probably four or five and was standing (probably pacing), impatient and barefoot, in the driveway while my mom was talking to a neighbor. I stepped on something and, thinking it was a driveway pebble or something, I lifted up my foot to brush it off. The bee was still all squirming and attached by its ass to the sole of my foot. I promptly freaked the fuck out, effectively ending my mom's boring conversation with the neighbor.

And that is my bee sting story!
