Aaah, getting back to karate feels so good! I hadn't had a class since December, but we just started again a couple of weeks ago. I think the break even did me good, as my kata feel smoother, stronger, more solid and more focused. Sweet. 
Valdis re-blued my hair today, so I can finally start taking pictures of myself again.
If my hair didn't grow, I could have gone even longer. She was amazed at how blue it still was. Cold water and conditioner, I tells ya. No shampoo at all! Everyone should try this whether they colour their hair or not. It takes some adjusting as your scalp will be overproducing oils for a little while, but it's worth it. There were barely any split ends for Valdis to trim today. When I'm in Chicago next week the hotel shower and pillows are going to be blue, though. 
I'm making lemonade popsicles right now. I'm impatient and wish they were frozen already. Sooo gooood.
