I am lucky enough to be staying in the above hotel with work. It's The Torch in Doha, Qatar. The weather here is super hot during the day and super humid at night when the temperature comes down a little bit. They definitely eat camel as a meat in the area:
I'm fairly certain I ate some of it while I was in Dubai at the beginning of the year and I never had any complaints, but it was never labeled, so maybe it was just a different breed of cattle than I was accustomed to eatting.
