My turquise-blue (mostly blue) betta at work is sick. I have two, but my red one is on someone else's desk. My blue one has spent the last 5 days very docile...sleeping a lot...not doing much, and worst of all, not eating. During feeding time he'll motor on over to the food, look at it..kinda hover and watch it...then lose interest.
He's been such a happy guy too...even still blows bubble nests now and then. Even the red rarely makes bubble nests...
Currently treating him for fungus to see if that will help, as he does have just a hint of what may be fungus on his torso. Sadly, it's about all I can do for the guy. Makes me sad though, I've only had him for about 7 months (they should live about 2-3 years).

my glass cat was acting like it was going to die when i got home from N.O. he even went upside down and just stopped moving. i was just getting the net to fish him out, when he righted himself and started acting normally. and he's been fine ever since. very strange.
i'm planning on splitting my summer between here and IL. i am gonna be taking a few summer classes ( i know i'm insane, i have no idea why i'm taking summer classes).
