someone on another site was saying that suicidegirls isnt radical because all of the women are still beautiful. That a truly radical idea would have unattractive women showing their inner beauty. I agree with him, and I also adequately defended SG for its brave step at least in the right direction.. here's what i wrote

i do agree that it would be a radical thing to have unattractive girls displaying their inner beauty.. i guess its just that now its no longer "there's no chance in hell" now its "there's a possibility a girl might fit. i'll take the you might fit, over the, have to be 5'11 and 110 pounds and blonde to even think of being beautiful. i'll take it anyday of the week and twice on sunday. at least its attempting to show that women can both be comfortable with their bodies, erotica, and be intelligent all at the same time. it won't save the world. but for many girls, girls like me, we now have a more solid society endorsed reason to stop beating ourselves up over being "not so perfect" or being maybe too unique and becoming more and more beautiful everyday. I would love it if all those women could be models too. because they are beautiful. they just dont know it yet.

you were always good enough

and because i needed to write it down somewhere.. my horoscope from this week an excerpt
concerning giving and receiving love
--the tender words we said to one another
are stored in the secret heart of heaven
one day like rain, they will fall, and spread,
and our mystery will grow green over the world

About your comments on SG. I've been thinking along the same line recently, and after hanging around the SG hopefuls board and doing an exhaustive perusal of nearly all the SG's, I came to a certain conclusion: SG seems to be going for a specific aesthetic form with their photography, a certain look that they want to convey from an artistic standpoint, and not an attempt to dictate what is or is not beautiful. I read that some SG's had photosets turned down, sometimes repeatedly, until they had one "that worked with the visual vibe" (my opinion in quotations).
Also in my search I was somewhat suprised at the diversity in SG's. But what I saw mostly was a similarity in the "vibe" of the photographs, regardless of individual beauty...I guess that is the "Suicide Girls" quality that they are looking for. I think it may just be visually aesthetic, more than just a judgement on standards of beauty.
Personally, I find alot of the SG hopefuls to be much more personally appealing.
And as for "someone like you", I think that from what I know from seeing you here, is that you're one of the most uniquely beautiful women in physicallity and mind that I've ever encountered. And, honestly, that uniqueness is something that I cherish more than any imposed standard of beauty, aesthetic or otherwise. Thank you for being.

Hey...I hope my pseudo-intellectual, babbling replies aren't bothering you...things you say get me going sometimes, and when I get going, not much stops me...
