clifford antone died this week. but his tribute of dozens of amazing blues musicians was amazing. Antone's is a blues club in austin that has been here a long time. Went to pay tribute and respect. saw a bunch of peeps there i knew, and went with a few too. my god. and a few friends had said eric tessmer was good. he was better than good. way better than good. he's on myspace like everybody else. but for blues, after last night, he's become my favorite.
