man alive, i made it back from the desert. i guess i should say woman alive

i return slendiferously unhinged...
and in dire need of more time in the land of nod.

it was an adventure, and a grand one at that. a lot of work and a fair amount of play. such a surreal & bizarre place to be...and really, 4 days was all that was needed. felt like i was gone for weeks & happy to return to this glorious city and see the ocean again.

sadly, i'm back to work too quickly and hit the ground running... so.freaking.busy. where is that bloody pause button when i need it?

need a swim in the ocean, it always seems to soothe the soul & quiet the mind, at least for a little...
