Over the years, I have come to one conclusion that has become my motto - " Your body, your life, your time is for you."
How often I spent time trying to live up to the ideals of my parents or my environment, how much I hated myself when I went the other way, thinking I was to blame because I didn't live up to expectations.
I still keep a lot of secrets from people close to me, but is it worth talking about something, knowing that in response you will get another "you are terrible"?
These conclusions may sound childish, but sometimes it is insanely difficult to break away from the shackles of parents, no matter how old you are, 20 or 35.
Unfortunately, I often hear about this problem.
Take care of yourself and your space!
My beautiful world in seclusion.
Thank you for giving me the freedom to be myself!
