You'd be surprised how fast a year lease goes. Of course I lived in decent places so it wasn't anything bad to deal with, I imagine a year lease in a shit apartment would be bad. I wish you luck on your search.

Yeah, it was pretty good, I enjoyed it more than I thought I might. Not that I didn't think it was going to be good or anything, but I went in fresh let's say.
