This is why it's so important to leave your past there and try to work on a better you today and for tomorrow. What was done to you and what you were may not even be what really occurred and...

There's balance. You can't live in the past or obsess over it. Self reflection can help you move forward though, so checking in with yesterday is not always the worst thing - as long as you can keep yourself from getting stuck. Forward is best, but past/present/future all are part of who we are :)

@ekka something something, flat circle....:p  now really you're right. We should reflect on the past. But I'm learning perception of events isn't always reality. In both good and bad ways.
