As requested by my home girl @ekka I present to you the new ride. The 2012 police interceptor Dodge Charger. With a 0-60 time clocking in at just under 5.5 seconds with 370hp and 390ftlbs of torque, she is an absolute beast.
So some back story I have spent the last year trying to find the model, mileage and color of charger I wanted. I went from wanting a used police model, to a used civilian model from the dealer (pro tip at the dealer they are about $10k more expensive minimum) and back to a police model.
I found this one in Michigan (I'm from Indiana) and have been talking to the guy a bit. I've driven chargers before, so a test drive wasn't necessary, I just needed particulars of this one itself. I went up yesterday (a 4 hour drive) and checked it out holy hell does it have personality. I tried to take it easy on the test drive I made it two blocks down the street and I was in love. Sold. Drove it home and now we're trying to think of some trouble we can get into today. I think I'm going out for breakfast and I'm going to park her outside the window so I can look at her. She's a beauty
I think I'll name her "Pinball". "Sudden Pinball" (Tokyo racer extreme for those who don't get the reference).
