So as a lot of you know I suffer with anxiety and depression and I’ve worked hard to find coping mechanisms and things that help to keep me smiling.
I have found three things that always help me feel happy.
1. A lovely long bath with a bath bomb
2. Moonshine the kitten
3. Reading a good book to get lost in a story

Number three is pretty much my go-to. Works 99% of the time. I like those odds.
