I spent a little time yesterday trying to clear my head and relax after a bit of a stressful week. I did some yoga and some colouring, I actually find adult colouring books really help. What do you do to relax?

Sometimes I have bad days where I have no energy, my insides hurt and I feel really dizzy. All my body aches and everything feels very slow. Today has been one of those days, I’ve wrapped up warm and had a lovely bath. Spent all day with the cat watching films and reading. Hopefully tomorrow I’m back to me again. Fingers crossed?
So as a lot of you know I suffer with anxiety and depression and I’ve worked hard to find coping mechanisms and things that help to keep me smiling.
I have found three things that always help me feel happy.
1. A lovely long bath with a bath bomb
2. Moonshine the kitten
3. Reading a good book to get lost in a story
