Not much to say today so I am sharing one of my poems with you.
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
That's hidden in a cell
Lost in the rain to gather in the dust
Hid away from the rest of the world
They've thrown away their dreams
Deny the world behind her eyes
Magic stops in her head
As she screams their sighs
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
And you heal her with the moon
Let go as she drowns
To keep her in tune
With the moon beneath her
She climbs so high
And leaping off
She learns to fly
With her wings wide open
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
That's hidden in a cell
And they keep her hid away from the rest of the world
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
That's hidden in a cell
Lost in the rain to gather in the dust
Hid away from the rest of the world
They've thrown away their dreams
Deny the world behind her eyes
Magic stops in her head
As she screams their sighs
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
And you heal her with the moon
Let go as she drowns
To keep her in tune
With the moon beneath her
She climbs so high
And leaping off
She learns to fly
With her wings wide open
Wednesday Rain hides in a trunk
That's hidden in a cell
And they keep her hid away from the rest of the world
