Coming from South Africa, international live bands are few and far between, we take what we can get. A world tour announced by a big artist. usually means the world minus South Africa. On the plus side, any live act is a treat. My sister works at the local radio station so whoever does decide to grace the shores of South Africa I have been lucky enough to see. All except Justin Bieber...
I never turn down a live show but this concert turned into a hella mistake. Let me set the scene, May is starting to get cold, our biggest venue is an outdoor stadium that Justin will be gracing the stage and I have a chest infection. I have already said I would go
I get to the venue with my sister and it's pissing down, my mood is already low but be brave the water and go and stand with the crowd for the show. Out comes Justin. Surely he's going to put on a good show for these screaming kids? No he is not. I don't care much but to the kids who had waited for months for this, well that was shitty. He walked around the stage like a bored child that's mom had forced to come tile shopping. Then he did some weird dance moves which looked like he had never had sex before. Needless to say we left, soaked about 3 songs. Definitely not worth the wet feet. Pretty sure Black Heart Burleque would never disappoint ;) @missy and @rambo
