The easiest way to make friends is to check out recent blogs here, and leave a comment on the ones you find interesting. Oh, and if someone comments on your blog and you want to reply, you have to leave a comment on their blog. People often comment just under the comment left on their blog, and think that they're being ignored, which isn't the case.
Also, groups and boards are great places to meet people. smile
