yay! at last, updatedom...
it really is the talk of the town but i have to stand (and/or attempt to form tables and fall down pathetically) in agreement with everyone else ever and declare the most recent weekend which has just passed as being one of those ones where you come away from it going 'maaaaaan' n shit (haha, that's really staring to rub off on me now, cheers Disco & Tilly for that one...
lots of people have said lots of stuff and it really was funfunfun. so i shan't go into it again. as i am sure that my version will be less wittily written and probably a bit rubbish.
i do have to say, however, that meeting ace new people is perhaps the very best way to spend any weekend. i've been a hermit for the last few years. it's not a fun existence. it's difficult to find good friends, nice people, those with common interests and madcappery while slaving your way through life in london. get up, get on train for hours, work, reverse the shitty train thing, eat and sleep. it's fucking depressing.
so thank you TheNonStopDancer, munch, Caz, Nadine, Tilly, Vicky and everyone else who was there or thereabouts (specially Disco for taking me along) for opening my eyes to how fantastic life can really be.
you're all ace.
