I just wrote a bunch of paragraphs about ways I thought we could reduce the number of abortions being performed in this country. As we've already seen, outlawing em aint gonna stop em. The coat hanger butchers will step right up to fill that need just like dem gangsters did during da prohabition. But then I thought "Fuck it" Most of my thoughts revolved around education and forward thinking and the breaking of taboos, and I'm damn sure that aint gonna happen. So I have a new stance. Let them overturn Roe v Wade. Send the choice back down to the states. The places that are chompin at the bit to outlaw the big A, like South Dakota and Misissippi are places I never in a million fucking years wanted to go anyway. So fuck em. Lets make it official. The places in this cuntry that I love will never stand for the outlawing. New York, Minnesota, Oregon, California etc. Those places will be for the forward thinking, progressive, "intellectual ellite". And the rest can burn in their lakes of eternal hellfire and brimstone. Where you live will depend on the things you want. Religious fundamentalism? You know where your ass is welcome. Snooty, pseudo intellectuals? Send em right over.
