Quick PSA, check out the Humble Indie Bundle. It is five spectacular indie games ($80 if bought separately). You name your own price, 1/3 go to the developers, 1/3 to the EFF and 1/3 to the Child's Play Charity Fund. It's a great cause that nets you some really awesome games. I can't recommend it enough. In other news, reading The Happiness Project and actually finding it a rather good read. I am not usually a fan of the self-realization types of books, but this one is one of the only ones I have see that refrains from offering empty platitudes. It is also approached with a pluralistic idea of how to more fully appreciate the things that you have, which I think is necessary since none of us are made happy precisely the same. Overall, highly recommended if you feel like you are often taking the good shit in your life for granted.
