Ugh... just came back from summer classes... I hate it @.@... Remind me never to flunk a class again. Another hot day in the Carribean, perfect for swimming and I think I'm gonna take a rest today, pulled an ankle muscle the other night doing exercise and now It hurts to walk T.T... Anyone know any good remedies or thingie-ma-doodle's I could do to help the muscle heal faster?
