So I was in my attic and reached over the opening to turn out the light and free fell out the attic, bumping side of my head on (i think the thermostat), landing on the hardwood floor and half on the wooden ladder.
Head has a little bump and bruise, wrist/palm of my hand is swollen and bruised, my ass has 2 big ass bruises on it, and my knee is severely swollen and slightly bruised. So it is off to the e.r. for me this afternoon!
My week is off to a great start!

E.R. Visit:
(results) Contusions to the wrist which is now in a splint. Also, contusions to the knee/leg (that aren't just "bruises" but green blue purple knots with massive swelling) that needed crutches but can't use crutches with my wrist so have to stay off of it and ice/elevate it for the next 3 days. Fun fun! At least the hospital gives meds
