IN this dark lost mind state I am in there are very few things that can bring me out of it , at least for a moment.

All of the support that all of you, my friends, in SGland give me! It means the world to me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart to the top of my soul! I luv you all!

And, this most of all ALWAYS makes me smile. The hubby using the chops singin/writin in his band Pontius Pilate and killin it in every which way!

With that being said, I'm sdtill down in the dumps and feelin crazier than ever, which kinda even scares me a bit
