"From a young age we are taught to comply. The child who is less likely to comply is labeled a "black sheep", or a "misfit", a "social outcast". This "renegade" is then constantly mocked by the large social populace as a way to shame them back into submission. Those who lack the courage to stand alone fall in line and mimic the majority in efforts to dodge ridicule. Everyone under this compliance spell will uncontrollably invoke a gag response towards anyone not in line with society's expectations. Anyone who falls outside the guidelines of these socially accepted parameters become ridiculed for their differences. This gag reflex initiated towards those differing greatly from ourselves is a direct indication of successful social programming.

Social compliance is a strong psychological attraction. When in doubt most people follow the examples of others. Without reading the fine print, we sign our names where people point, give sales clerks our phone numbers when asked, follow the silliest or rules, and act as bobble-headed toys when a person behind a podium begins speaking. To become socially accepted we give up the majority of our individuality to attain it.

Most sociopolitical systems create two classes of people: the laboring class, and the aristocratic class. Those in power need the worker bees and mindless consumers to feed their egos (and line their pockets). Egos are fed from the sap of power. But what truly is power? Mr. George Orwell would most likely define power as, "A boot stomping on a human face.... forever." simply put, power is control. It is the ability to control a person, direct a person, and/or manipulate a person. WE DON'T NEED SOCIALISM OR BIG BROTHER TO DIRECT US. ALL WE NEED TO GROW IS TO THINK AND CHOOSE INSTEAD OF MINDLESSLY FOLLOW!"
