Grrrrrrrr!
I'm back to work on monday
This hasn't been the most productive two weeks of my life - but then it WAS a holiday.... so I guess its OK!
We went loads of daytrips, worked on our allotment, slept in allot
, ate allot and generally bumbled about the place.
Saw a few movies too.... here be my views on them:
ULTRAVIOLET:
Please, please, please DO NOT waste your money in going to see this film. Seriously. I generally love any kind of kung fu/sci-fi/hot chick/action flick I come across (even the shite ones it must be said). But this film was so lame it actually embarassed me to be watching it....... be warned.
FEARLESS:
Yaaaassss! This was a great film and we left the cinema to have a mini 'Wu Shu' tournament in the carpark
It's apparently the last action flick Jet Lee is going to make - which is a shame. But it was a great movie and I heartily reccomend it!
PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN 2:
Weeeeeee! Went to see this last night and it was BRILLIANT! The special effects and character designs are mindblowing and the story is hilarious. (not to mention the added bonus of having Mr. Depp and Mr. Bloom swashing their buckles about the screen!) OOooooh - the ending was a bit annoying tho.... only because we know we'll have to wait another two years untill the next film comes out. GO AND SEE IT!!!
Although we were planning on going out tonight a lack of funding means we will rpobably just stay in and have a few friends over for a movie.....ooooo! My life is so exciting!
(If I'm going to keep writing this blog I guess I'd better start to do stuff thats worth writing about eh?)
