sooo, I was driving home the other night around 8:30 & was stopped at a large intersection & saw this itty bitty thing on the ground in front of my car...I thought maybe it was a Chikadee..(no idea how to spell that) one of those tiny birds....so I looked closer & it had tiny EARS!!! It was the LITTLEST BUNNY I'd EVER SEEN Of course I threw my car in park, put on the hazards & got out in front of my car in the intersection & tried to get it out of the road, but it was smaller than the curb & tried to hop away & fell over Cars started to pass by & I freaked out thinking it'd get hit. So, I picked it up instead of putting it in the grass next to the road...my dumb ass put it in my car! ahaha it just chilled on the floor like the bunny w/pancake is. I called shelters & sutff, I had no idea what to do with it, since it was SOOOOOOOO tiny. It didn't even have its eyes open all the way. I tried to bring it back, but couldn't put it down. I was worried the Mom wouldn't find it & it would just die. So I brought it home again & thought about keeping it, but when I looked it up it said babies like that can die from stress being handled by humans So, then of course I was afraid it would just die! It got late, so I had to keep it over night & get up mad early to bring it to a Wildlife Rehabilitator! NOw, I still worried the bunny has died. I'm too afraid to call the woman to ask if its ok
I want to just rescue animals from now on~screw workin' for the man!
