SO, that guy I was talking about a few weeks ago, who was all pathetic is even more so now! We started doing a website together & I did the art & he did all the rest, 'cause he wanted to open a shop & start out with a web store first. So, I let him use some of my art I drew before I ever met him & he paid me to do some more art for him (logos, etc). He said he'd copyright it for me, so nobody would steal it & now he's gone & stolen it from me!!!!
I asked for my originals back & he is saying he OWNS all rights to MY art! I just want to use it for a portfolio! It has his co. name on it, I mean what the hell would I do with that? I'm not going to make money off it. The work I did before I met him is what he shouldn't own rights to! I NEVER signed anything over to him & he didn't pay me for the older art. I can't believe he's being such a snake! I always thought he was a good person & when people said he was pathetic on here, I posted & said, "he's just hurt, he's a good guy"....now I see that he's nowhere near a good person! A good person wouldn't try to rip off a friends artwork, no matter who's she's sleeping with! He wants me to pay him for a few peices he rejected & is threatening to sue me for $187.50! ahahahah, how GAY is that? I'd give him his money if he gives me my originals back! He doesn't need originals. I'm not going to resell them. Also, he's gonna print shirts from them & continue to make cash from the art! I'm not bitching & moaning about getting me more money. People just suck. He's trying to hurt my feelings & I'm not hurt, I'm just shocked & pissed off that he's ripping me off!
The worst is that he'll read this & get pleasure from me bitching about it
