Life is a whirlwind of hopes, fears, chances, blessings and misfortunes. I think my situation lately envelops each of these in a somewhat comedic fashion. New loves can be very intoxicating and make you do things that would seem insane to those looking in from the outside. To those involved the chaotic storm seems like a breezy summer day. This is one storm that I hope never passes. How do you find your place in life? Is it pure luck to stumble onto something that interests you or is it designed to happen in an order that prepares you for the curves in the road. How many times have you had the moment to make a decision that somehow transformed your life. The crossroads always seem vaguely clear before events and moments occur, but the afterthought of your actions gives you a crystal clear vision of when that choice was presented. Do you look back at these critical choices when they seem to go wrong and wish things had gone differently or do you see them as lessons learned and make the correct choice in future decisions? What guides you when making these choices? Do you use your feeling and raw emotion or do you use your brain? I'm the kind of person that does what feels right. Maybe its a good choice and maybe not, but who knows the future and who knows if these choices are just preparing me for something greater down the road. To me; something feels right because that is the way its supposed to happen. Why let one of life's few chances pass for the safe route or logical choice? Who knows if the safe route is just a dead end that will be regretted later on when you look back at the crossroads.
