i was listening to the radio this morning, whilst driving bex to work like a dutiful wife, about the hockey game tonight and how the phoenix coyotes have had a rough pre-season..

they attributed this to Wayne Gretzky being their coach. girl DJ says, 'yeah but he seems like such a nice guy.. he's like the Ned Flanders of hockey (in disappointment he might say something like..) 'i just think you could have skated a little harder, but if you can't.. that's fine.. why don't you just go have a seat on the bench and think about it.'"

i hope i'm not the only person who finds that funny.



i may have flossed a tad vigorously last night. my face is still throbbing. gingivitis is the devil, i'm sure of it.
