I have learned that my Demo Project for school is detrimental to my health, all that reading is killing my back and neck. I sit all hunched over because I am reading and highlighting the stuff I will need for my paper and my neck and back are killing me. It does not help that I have a bad back and neck anyway. I just came back from 3+ hours at the library reading about Psychopaths and I am in all kinds of pain.

It took me a LONG TIME to realize that I wasn't using the right type of chair while on the computer. I needed to be lower, so I wasn't hunching over so much.

Probably caused myself permanent harm!
