I feel so silly...while up blurry-eyed the other night, instead of making an entry, I added a comment. I can't say I am a geek, because if I were, I probably wouldn't have done that.
Today was a hospital day.
Geez , I really do not want to make this a clinical journal, yet there was this older gentleman (91) assigned to my care today. He sat in the bedside chair while I changed his sheets today. After he was settled back in the fresh-linened bed, I told him I'd be back for vitals later, did he need anything? He said everything looked good, why didn't I just get up there with him? I deferred with a smile and a sort of laugh. His comment caught me completely off guard!
Then I remembered what Ren (green-eyes, from La) said: An old man is still a man.
I don't think he was being vulgar, just flirty ( even though I mentioned Ren).
You just never know what you're going to get at the hospital...
big day tomorrow...interview with a major-for-this-area hospital...aaaaaaaack! Reserved is more my nature, so I will have to be more animated for the hiring team. In situations like this, I usually have to pretend I am someone else...

And I'm not going anywhere. I dare say I'm adicted to my new friends here.
And you are very welcome. I may managed to find the "philosophical / normal" switch soon. Then I can turn that on and off as needed as opposed to sitting back wondering what the hell my fingers are typing.
