It's my birthday! And how do I get to celebrate the first few hours? So far, Rooibos red raspberry tea & tupelo honey, a banana, early labor contractions(again! I hope this time it's no joke), The Vandals birthday song, and now for the oh so sad part.....my poor little parakeet has a severely broken wing. I noticed it when I went to go feed them. Poor baby, he was limping around in pain, kept falling off the perch. I made hime a little bed on my nightstand so that I could take care of him and monitor him tonight until he can go to the vet for a splint tomorow. I hope I don't go into active labor first, cause then he may die of shock. I am such a softie when it comes to animals. I was crying while I bandaged the little guy because he looked like he was in so much pain......sigh. Darn, my luck I tell you. But, I did get some cool early presents yesterday
