Hello SG! in lieu of this ridiculously fucking hot weather I have started alternating my exercise indoors on my treadmill. I hate fuckin running and would much rather ride a bike but death is not too appealing at the moment. I ran for the first time in forever today. 2 miles! not bad but I remember why i hate running

Just started working out AGAIN recently and already feeling it! Just finished a 13mi bike ride in about 40 minutes. Not my best but hey it's a start.
